Returns and Exchange Policy
Our business is based on the quality of the products we sell and the reputation we have established.
We will honor your rights under Australian Consumer Protection Laws and will put right any errors on our part.
All return shipping-related costs are refundable if:
- We made an error on your order
- There is damage to your order in shipping
Shipping is not refundable if there is a change of mind by the customer.
Sourced to order products cannot be cancelled at any time as these are purchased specifically to your order.
Our returns policy does not apply to notifications of errors or damage more than 72 hours after receipt.
For health and hygiene reasons we do not accept returns, due to customers change of mind, as products are cosmetic in nature.
We only cover return postage costs, if we are at fault, have sent an incorrect item or there is a manufacturers fault.
In the unlikely event that a product is damaged in transit to you, please send us a digital photograph (2MB or less) of the damaged goods by email, quoting your order number and the product item within 72 hours of receipt of the item to firstname.lastname@example.org
We will then contact you to arrange an appropriate solution for you.
It is suggested that you insure your return package as we cannot be held responsible for any product lost or damaged in the post.
